People will do anything to make a buck in New York City, and I have to say that this is one of the most clever approaches I have seen. Here is a person dressed as the Statue of Liberty. He stands in an area of the city that is sure to have many tourists and leaves a cup nearby, expecting tips. The cell phone is not part of the costume.
