As I was walking home from babysitting in the rain, I noticed a lady walking her two dogs. Each dog was wearing a raincoat. Yes, a raincoat! There is someone out there who makes dog raincoats for a living. I have to admit the raincoats were kind of cute. Leave it to a New Yorker to be on the cutting edge of doggie fashion. My goodness, what will they think of next?!
